Graceful Home-Stay is housed within a large compound situated on a hilltop from where you can gaze across a carpet of coconut palms to the narrow blue line of the Arabian Sea, which provides the most glorious sunsets and breathtaking night skies ever imaginable. Huge mahogany trees, gardens of flowers, fruits, and spices plus a variety of other interesting flora and fauna, enhance your communion with nature.

Graceful Home-Stay is a modern, colonial style home, with whitewashed arches, large verandahs and generous balconies… very open yet providing the privacy you deserve. Four comfortably furnished bedrooms … 2 large and 2 medium … with attached bathrooms, a living room, dining room, and two fully functional kitchens, give you the feeling of a home away from home. The house can be utilized either as two independent units, each with its own entrance, or as a single, large holiday home for the entire family.
 
  Facilities

Graceful Home-Stay provides a healthy and homely complimentary breakfast spread with the accommodation, while other meals can be ordered from the main family kitchen at extra charge.

Graceful Home-Stay is ideally located in terms of its proximity to ayurveda centers, beaches, airport, railway station, local transport, hospitals, churches, temples, mosques, shopping centers, etc. all within a radius of 0.5 to 20 kilometers. It also maintains a close connection with Nikki’s Nest, a seaside resort at Vizhinjam, south of Kovalam and with Duke’s Forest Lodge, a riverside resort in Anapara. Special package tours to either of these places can be organized upon request. Graceful Home-Stay can also recommend reputed and reasonably priced Ayurveda Centers within its own neighborhood or within the exotic environs of Nikki's Nest.

  Location

From the airport or railway station take a taxi (cab) or an auto (auto-rickshaw) to Kumarapuram.

At Kumarapuram you must enter a side road called Pothujanam Road , which is located right opposite a community center called A J Hall .

Once you enter Pothujanam Road, keep going straight ahead, ignoring all turns to the left and right. Approximately 400 meters from the main road, you will reach a large compound with the name PHILIP'S HILL written on the wall. Graceful Home-Stay is within the Philip's Hill compound.
