Anamika – the Villa Home was built in 1983. It is located at the most idyllic location in the town of Allappuzha , known as the Venice if the East. The Alappuzha town is now the gateway to the magical backwaters of Kcerala. This heritage home site in a pretty, quite and calm surroundings in the heart of the busy town at the V.C.S.B. road which was once the boundary if the Chempakassery Nattu Rajas.
The eastward facing building is a curious mixture of quaint local styles added to the Dutch architecture. The steeply pitched tile roof rests on rock columns with order done in tuscan style of necking of a curious Dutch fashion. The verandahs seen at the eastern and western flanks are decorated with rod iron cast grills. The lush green lawns flow effortlessly around the villa.
